Perak Trip Was a Hawuushhh Experience - Report

A week had passed after a fun and incredible trip to Perak by CABJFootball. It was their first outstation trip to together, followed by a friendly match with Kelab Kilat Malim Nawar team that brought an unforgettable memories in each of them as they reached back home to bukit Jelutong on Sunday.

It was a rainy evening as the gliders drove out from Bukit Jelutong at 8.00pm last Friday. There were a total of 25 members in 8 cars convoying to a trip to remember.

The gliders were seen more excited to have a break together than they were for the friendly game with Kelab Kilat Malim Nawar.
The Rest house at TNB Bungalow
Driving 95 KM an hour due to the heavy rain, the gliders reached its rest-house at TNB Bungalow around 10:30pm.

Saturday started with brunch followed by a team talk at 3.30pm before the friendly match at Ilsas at 5pm, which saw the Gliders slipped to 4-2 defeat after leading twice with 0-1 and 1-2 respectively.

Ungku Nazrin Hakim and Azrul Raimie Razi registered their name on the scoresheet.

Losing the match did not spoil the 'holiday mood' of Bukit Jelutong's representatives as they went to Gua Tempurung on the next day to explore the beauty of God's creation near Gopeng, Perak.

The Gliders had breakfast before their adventurous journey started as early as at 9:00 am. A 20-minutes journey from their rest-house, they reached Gua Tempurung at 10:15 am. With 24 participants went into the cave, a 3 1/2 hours adventure was such an amazing experience for the Gliders as it was their first time exploring a cave.

The rain started right before they went out but it did not stop the CABJ to go to another adventure - tubing at Sg. Jahang. It was obvious that the boys were excited when they quickly changed their attire to get the tube and enjoyed themselves.

"Twisting and turning, crashing their friends, hitting the bamboo tree, those things that happened during the last activity of the trip created  laughters.

"It showed that such activities created a strong bond between the team members and we should do it again" said one of the players, Azrul Raimie Razi.

The Gliders took their last picture in Perak before starting their journey home at 6:00 pm. They stopped at R&R Ulu Bernam for their favourite Yik Mun's pau before returning to Bukit Jelutong, which they saw three welcome banners from the supporters, many thanks to Nina Kamalia Azhar.

"Many thanks to BJRA, MPP19 and the community of Bukit Jelutong for supporting us to this trip in Perak. Eventhough we lost the game, this trip was an eye opener for all of us. It has strengthen the bonding the relation between us the members of CABJ. We have attained the objectives of this trip, but in terms of the game, we've got a long way to go. Nevertheless, this is just a beginning." said the Club President, Zurin Adra Azhar.
