Munro League Report (Shag & Warren FC 2-2 CABJ): Gliders Dropped to Second Place

After leading the table for two consecutive matches, CABJ is now trailing 5 points off the leader, B8 FC after mathday 4 with a game in hand. CABJ, SA City and TTDI FC collected 7 points but the goal differences separated these three teams.

On the third matchday, the Gliders were lucky to bring back 1 point when they drew with Shag & Warren FC on 2nd March 2013.

Shag & Warren scored an early goal a a hot sunny Sunday afternoon but CABJ did not wait for too long to equalise when Ikram Al-Rashid Haron scored his second goal of the season.

Going into the second half, Shag & Warren once again took a lead after a header from a corner kick was blocked by M Akif Sharifuddin but the ball flew into his own net. 

The Gliders got their second goal when a long ball from Ungku Nazrin Hakim found M Ameer Aizat Abd Jalill before the flanker scored an equalising goal.
