Munro League News : In Brian We Trust

".. Brian Nathan has been giving his full commitment for the team and I see a good progress in CABJ” said CABJ President, Zurin Adra when we asked him to comment on the recent game against B8 in the Munro League.

Many were impressed with the game play of players, especially during the first half of the game which showed good judgement by the manager himself.


Brian Nathan,  known for his quiet glare off the pitch and during briefs between 2 half of the game. He doesn't say much but only talk when he has too and that usually happens when the team is out of its game play.

Zurin then concluded his comment with high hope if given a chance and time, CABJ could evolve tremendously under the wing of Brian Nathan. “I believe in him“he said.

Current update form the Munro League standings, with 20 points collected, currently CABJ is at second place in the league, trailing by two points from league leader SA City with an advantage of one game in hand. SA City's two losses in a row have made the title open to CABJ, FC Lantun, Real Diva, and B8.

Having B8 failing to grab a single point in their last two matches, they were dropped to fifth spot with 18 points but have yet played their 10th game.

It being an unpredictable week in LPS, FC Lantun and Real Diva boldly took advantage of the situation and climbed to third and fourth place respectively. Both teams have collected 20 points throughout the season alongside CABJ.

CABJ Striker and Vice President Azrul Raimie Razi also commented that the way Brian managed the team has been great especially in bringing up the team spirit after losing to SA City last 2 weeks. He then added that the commitment from players showed that they want to bring home the title.

“We have a really good chance of winning the league as long as we win this 2 upcoming games. We had to depend on other teams result before this but now, now it is up to us. We believe that we are in a good but not a safe rank in the current standings. Over all, yes, we are doing well currently.
