On the 9th November 2013, it was CABJ’s second
Annual General Meeting and was held at Dewan Guthrie Bukit Jelutong. Also, CABJ
Juniors were invited to participate for the first time. This event was made to
reflect upon CABJ’s activities throughout 2011/2012 season in terms of
financially, events, projects and trips.
In the constitution stated that the current committee
members of CABJ must be dissolved and re-elect new ones to continue the
management of the club. This is also a goodbye for our treasurer Fieza Razi and
our PR & Marketing manager Nina Kamalia as they will part their ways from
the committee because of other commitments.
The meeting starts at 2.00p.m. and all addressers were made
during that time. Later on, after much explanation and discussion made, it was
the time to vote. Only registered members are eligible to vote. As the Juniors
closely observe as they will be a part of it in the near future.
It was the 3rd consecutive year as Mr Zurin Adra
was once again chosen to be trusted as CABJ’s president. Also, fresh faces and
experience wise were brought into the committee. Hopefully this newly elected
committee will continue to spearhead CABJ into the right direction for the
future of this club.
